Delete your account and data

You can delete your SplitSlip account yourself at any time, on the web or in the app.

In the app or on the website

1. Open Account and sign in.
2. Scroll to Delete account and tap it.
3. Confirm with Yes, delete my account.

You are signed out straight away.

What is deleted

• Your account: email, password hash, name and payment handle.
• Every split you created, with its items, the names on it and who claimed what.
• Your saved groups and trips.
• Your free-split usage records and all your sign-in sessions.

Receipt photos are never stored, so there is nothing to delete there. Anonymous, aggregated page counts contain no personal data and are not affected.

Subscriptions are cancelled separately

Deleting your account does not cancel a Pro subscription. Cancel it first: on the web in Account > Manage subscription, on iPhone in Settings > your name > Subscriptions, on Android in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions. Payment records that the law requires us or our payment providers to keep are retained for that purpose only.

Can't sign in?

Email info@prediturk.com from the address on your account and we will delete the account and its data within 30 days. To remove splits you made without an account, send us their links.
