Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Prediturk LLC, 9407 NE Vancouver Mall Dr Ste 104 #544, Vancouver, WA 98662 ("we") for using SplitSlip.

The service

SplitSlip helps you divide a receipt between people. It calculates amounts; it does not move money. Payments between you and your friends happen in the payment app you choose, and are between you and them.

Check the numbers

Receipts are read by AI and can be misread. SplitSlip shows when the lines do not add up to the printed subtotal, and every line can be edited, but you are responsible for checking amounts before anyone pays.

Free plan and Pro

• The free plan includes 3 new splits per calendar month per person. Joining and claiming on someone else's split is always free.
• Pro is a subscription ($4.99 a month or $49.90 a year, or the price shown at checkout, including any partner discount) that renews automatically until you cancel.
• Cancel any time: on the web from Account > Manage subscription; in the app from your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds follow the law where you live and the rules of the store you paid through.

Acceptable use

Do not use SplitSlip to break the law, to harass anyone, or to overload or scrape the service. We may limit or close accounts that do.

Your content

You keep your content. You give us permission to store and show it to people who have the split's link, so the service works.

No warranty and limits

SplitSlip is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
